We will endeavour to ship your order within 7 working days. Please allow extra time for multiple orders and items which may from time to time be out of stock. Exchange
Please contact for an authorization number prior to returning goods. Important – we do not exchange items that have been ordered incorrectly or are subject to buyer remorse. Please be careful to ensure you select the correct size by using the Dimensions provided. The customer will take responsibility for all freight charges incurred on exchanges and returns. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaged condition and must not have been used or laundered.
Refunds or credits are normally issued within 10 working days of receipt of return or following inspection of item All paperwork, parts and accessories must be returned to ensure full credit. Upon receipt of returned item the customer may be charged an additional amount for freight back to them if the item returned has been used, damaged, washed or is in a non returnable condition.
